Crowley settles antitrust lawsuits involving Puerto Rico trade

(JACKSONVILLE, Fla.) — Crowley Liner Services Inc. has reached a settlement with the plaintiffs on antitrust lawsuits related to maritime trade between Puerto Rico and the U.S. mainland, the Jacksonville Business Journal reported. Sea Star and Horizon Lines were also served with warrants by the Justice Department in 2008. Jacksonville-based Crowley denies violating antitrust laws.
