(HOUSTON) — The FBI is investigating the death of a mariner aboard a Ukrainian cargo ship, the Houston Chronicle newspaper reported. The crew reported that they found the man dead while the vessel was in international waters. The ship later docked at Houston, and authorities are trying to determine the cause of death and also whether the U.S. has any jurisdiction in the case.
