(ST. BERNARD, La.) — A cargo ship broke loose during Hurricane Isaac, and a barge broke loose and struck a crew boat, sinking the vessel, television station WWL reported. The cargo ship was the Federal Lida broke loose from a buoy mooring but is now back under control. The crew boat that was sunk by the wayward barge was unoccupied.
