(SOUTH BOSTON, Mass.) — Tugboats from Boston Towing and Transportation slowly escorted the world fastest cargo ship from a South Boston dry dock, the Boston Globe reported. The Navy’s Capella has undergone bottom-cleaning and routine maintenance at Boston Ship Repair. The two-hour job was complicated by high winds.
