(WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.) — Barge workers guided a huge crane under the Tappan Zee Bridge on Wednesday in a maneuver described as a "limbo" dance, USA Today reported. The crane, deployed for the $3.9 billion bridge replacement project, arrived south of the bridge Monday after a 6,000-mile journey from San Francisco. Ballast water was added to the barge to ensure clearance for the "I Lift NY" crane.
