(MANATEE, Fla.) — The widow of a jet skier who died in an incident involving a tugboat and barge has sued the tug operator, the Bradenton Herald newspaper reported. The lawsuit says the commercial vessels violated federal law by obstructing the waterway. The man was killed July 4 when his jet ski stalled and he was sucked underneath a barge.
