(WATERFORD, N.Y.) — The Tug Challenger, built in 1938, is getting a makeover thanks to volunteers from Momentive Performance Materials, The Saratogian newspaper reported. The vessel is one of only two remaining double-stack tugboats still in operational condition. It was originally built at S. Bushey & Sons Shipyard in Brooklyn.
