(PITTSBURGH) — Aerial video from CBS Pittsburgh shows barges piled up at Emsworth Lock and Dam after ice and high water over the weekend caused 72 barges to break away from fleeting areas. A unified command consisting of the Coast Guard, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and industry partners continued its response Monday. Click here to see the video.
