VIDEO of tugboats floating former Harlem River bridge to NJ

(NEW YORK) — Tugboats transported the old Willis Avenue Bridge to Jersey City, N.J., television station WNEW reported. The bridge was recently replaced by a new span over the Harlem River. The old bridge was placed onto a barge and floated on the East and Hudson rivers to Jersey City, where it will be dismantled and recycled.
