(PHILADELPHIA) — Families of the two Hungarian students who died in an accident involving a duck tour boat and a towboat and barge visited the accident scene this week, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported. The father of one of the victims said, “Duck boats should be out of business everywhere.” The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the crash, and civil lawsuits are pending.
