(WINNIPEG, Manitoba) — The city’s ‘water bus’ service has been halted until the end of June because of vandalism to two vessels, the Winnipeg Free Press newspaper reported. The Splash Dash usually services nine docks along the Red and Assiniboine rivers. Splash Dash tours will continue to operate.
