(DUBAI) — U.S. Marines stormed a German merchant ship and retook it from pirates in the Gulf of Aden, the Wall Street Journal reported. The operation appeared to be the first of its kind for U.S. forces in wresting control of a commercial vessel after pirates had seized it. A team of 24 Marines from the USS Dubuque rescued the MV Magellan Star.
