U.S. mariners injured in collision between freighter, replica junk

(HONOLULU) — At least five U.S. crewmembers were aboard the replica Chinese junk that was rammed by a freighter off Taiwan, the Star-Bulletin newspaper reported. One of the Americans suffered a cracked vertebra, a head injury and a broken arm. The others say they are lucky to be alive alive the Princess TaiPing was split into two.
