(GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba) — A tugboat has sunk at the U.S. Navy's base at Guantanamo Bay, the Miami Herald reported. The U.S.-contracted Little Debbie sank in the bay last weekend, creating a hazardous spill. The Navy said the tugboat was alongside a maintenance barge in the port, and the cause is under investigation.
