(MOBILE, Ala.) — Two tugboats are towing the disabled cruise ship Carnival Triumph toward Mobile, the Miami Herald newspaper reported. The tugboats are the Resolve Pioneer and Dabhol, and the tow is also under escort by a Coast Guard cutter. The National Transportation Safety Board has joined the investigation.
