(VANCOUVER, British Columbia) — Commercial and military mariners are helping Vancouver set up infrastructure for the Winter Olympic Games, the Canadian Navy newspaper The Lookout reported. The temporary accommodation vessel Staten Dam has arrived at Vancouver Harbor. Tugs, barges and a crane are installing a massive security barrier around the area.
