(WOLFE ISLAND, Ontario) — A tugboat towing two empty barges ran aground Thursday morning near Wolfe Island in the St. Lawrence Seaway, the Watertown Daily Times reported. A small amount of hydraulic fluid from Ocean Echo II leaked into the water, according to a spokesman for the St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corp. Navigation in the shipping channel was not affected.
