Tugboat crewman killed in fall from ladder in Houston Ship Channel

(CHANNELVIEW, Texas) — A tugboat crewman fell to his death while climbing a ladder to an upper deck of the vessel, the Houston Chronicle reported. The accident happened in the Houston Ship Channel. The 54-year-old man was found dead on a lower deck.
