Champlain Boat Capsize

(MONTREAL) — The Transportation Safety Board of Canada is investigating why a tugboat capsized and sank at the site of the new Champlain Bridge in Montreal, CBC News reported. The construction company Signature on the St. Lawrence Group said the vessel was one of three tugboats assisting in marine excavation work when it capsized April 1. The two crewmembers on the tug jumped to a larger tug before their vessel sank.
