(PORT TOWNSEND, Wash.) — A tugboat towing a barge of paper products went off course and ran aground Thursday on Cape George Beach, the Peninsula Daily News reported. The 68-foot Shannon was not damaged and was refloated about seven hours later. The Coast Guard is investigating the incident.
