(GLOUCESTER, Mass.) — The Coast Guard is probing a tugboat and barge in the deaths of two fishermen off Massachusetts, the Gloucester Daily Times reported. Investigators in Maryland have questioned all six crew of a tug and barge and have confiscated their towline as evidence. The two men killed were in their trawler, and the tug was known to be in the area at the time.
