(ALEXANDRIA, Va.) — The Coast Guard honored the captains of two towboats, the Star-Ledger newspaper of Newark, N.J., reported in its Jersey Boating section. The Virginia Beach rescued four anglers from a strom off Cape Henry, Va. The Manasquan was honored for its safety record.
