(VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.) — A Texas metals company has staked a claim to a cargo of steel aboard a ship that is stranded at anchorage, the Virginian-Pilot newspaper reported. Commercial Metals Co. has been involved in a lawsuit by Barna Conshipping of Spain which is claiming unpaid chartering fees. The vessel Saturnus has been stuck at anchorage off Virginia Beach since November waiting to unload the 200 metric tons of steel.
