(ORANGE, Texas) — An Orange-based tugboat is stranded at Harlingen, Netherlands, as a result of a financing dispute with the vessel owner’s bank, the Beaumont Enterprise newspaper reported. The Alois and its crew are stuck in the Dutch port, and the captain was supposed to have retired after his final job towing ship hulls from Romania. After the case became a news media sensation in the Netherlands, people have begun delivering food and water to the crew.
