(TARRYTOWN, N.Y.) — A crane lifted a sunken tugboat to the surface of the Hudson River on Thursday, 12 days after an incident that killed three crewmembers aboard the vessel, The Journal News reported. Authorities will now recover the body of Harry Hernandez, whom divers could not retrieve from the 84-foot Specialist. The tug sank on March 12 after hitting a construction barge near the Tappan Zee Bridge.
