(LOUISVILLE, Ky.) — The steamboat Belle of Louisville was caught in high winds and struck a floating dry dock in the Ohio River, the television station WHAS reported. At least two passengers were hospitalized after the boat struck the McBride dock, and the paddlewheel was damaged. The vessel’s chief executive said there was no pilot error.
