(PASCAGOULA, Miss.) — Signet Maritime has taken delivery of its ninth ASD tug in less than four years, GulfLive.com reported. The 72-foot Signet Vigilant, designed by Castleman Maritime, has a 30-metric-ton bollard pull and is EPA Tier 3-compliant. It was built at Signet Shipbuilding & Repair in Pascagoula and will operate from the port, performing rig escort, ship assist and barge assist work.
