Ship strikes Morehead City trestle while changing berths in wind

(MOREHEAD CITY, N.C.) — A 558-foot ship struck a railroad trestle while switching berths at the Morehead City port, the Sun Journal newspaper reported. The pilot aboard Aurora said the vessel lost power during the operation. Conditions were windy at the time.
