(PROVIDENCE, R.I.) — Fire destroyed the wheelhouse of a tugboat that was being scrapped at Providence Harbor, the Providence Journal newspaper reported. Fire officials said ship-breaking equipment may have ignited the blaze on the Patrice McAllister, which was being taken apart near the Motiva Enterprises fuel terminal.
