Resolve Marine begins salvaging oil from sunken tanker off India

(BHUBANESWAR, India) — Florida-based Resolve Marine has begun to transfer oil from the sunken tanker Black Rose, the Economic Times newspaper of India reported. Most of the necessary equipment has arrived from the U.S. and Resolve began work on-site Monday. The Mongolian ship full of heating oil sank Sept. 9 in the Bay of Bengal.
