Report: Western Kentucky Navigation to go out of business

(LOUISVILLE, Ky.) — Western Kentucky Navigation plans to cease operations in March, Business First reported. The shutdown would cost the Paducah area 161 jobs. The company operates towboats that transport barges on the inland river system.
