(MARTINEZ, Calif.) — One crewman on a tug that struck refinery pipes and caused a gasoline spill tested positive for excessive alcohol use, the television station KPIX reported. The tug’s master refused to submit to alcohol and drug testing. The vessel struck three pipes at a Tesoro refinery and caused about 1,500 gallons of gasoline to spill under the Benicia-Martinez bridge.
