(WINDSOR, Ontario) — An unsteady dock and high winds are being blamed after a passenger fell off the river cruiseship Senator while attempting to board the vessel, the Canadian Press reported. The 64-year-old woman was rescued from the Detroit River following the mishap. She had a separated shoulder.
