NPR station runs feature on Boston Harbor’s tugboat fleet

(BOSTON) — Boston’s National Public Radio station, WBUR, ran a feature story about the tugboats that operate in Boston Harbor. A docking pilot and tug captain show the reporter how they escort a tanker ship safely, including a transit through the Chelsea Street Bridge.
