(SAN FRANCISCO) — San Francisco Chronicle newspaper columnist Carl Nolte rode along on the Baydelta Maritime tugboat Delta Billie. The 3-month-old vessel, with Capt. Jim Horn aboard, escorted an articulated tug barge.
