Because links to the interior of the Homeport website don’t last, here’s how to get to these files:
open Homeport
in the Missions Menu on the left side, click on Maritime Security scroll down the middle portion of the page to National Maritime Security Advisory Committee (NMSAC)
click on Full Committee Meeting Minutes
scroll down to the end and click on 2011-01-19 (if you arrived at this page a slightly different way, you may have to click more to get to this point)
select the file you wish to download from Supporting Documents
