(OAKLAND, Calif.) — A mystery tugboat that has been at the bottom of the Oakland Estuary for at least 15 years was raised Monday, the San Francisco Chronicle reported. The tug was among the first to be removed in a two-month effort to clear the estuary of more than 40 abandoned vessels, many of which have become obstacles to navigation. It's not known who the owner was or why the tug sank.
