Months after blackout, Carnival Triumph returns to service

(MIAMI) — Carnival Triumph, a cruise ship that left passengers stranded with no sanitary facilities four months ago, returned to service today, Reuters news service reported. The ship underwent $110 million in renovations, including rewiring and the addition of additional diesel generators on upper decks. It also had a better fire misting system installed.
