(WASHINGTON) — A maritime incident has been reported in the Arabian Sea in the vicinity of 12-03N, 061-20E, approximately 700 miles east of Bossaso, Somalia, on Thursday, Dec. 14. The incident has not been confirmed. The nature of the event is reported to be a boarding at sea.
