(PORT CANAVERAL, Fla.) — A barge worker lost both of his legs from the knee down Tuesday after falling into the water and being hit by a spinning propeller, Brevard Fire-Rescue officials told WKMG News 6. "I saw what appeared to be a tugboat and it actually looked like it was real close to the dock, like it wasn't supposed to be as close,'' a witness told reporters. A pilot with the Canaveral Pilots Association said co-workers of the victim rescued him.
