(GALVESTON, Texas) — Victims of the Deepwater Horizon rig explosion have filed lawsuits, the Daily News newspaper of Galveston reported. Defendants include BP, Halliburton and Cameron International. The lawsuits variously blame the incident on cementing or the well-control systems.
