Last steam-powered, sternwheel tugboat comes home to Portland

(PORTLAND, Ore.) — The last working steam-powered, sternwheel tugboat is back in Portland, the Oregonian newspaper reported. The vessel named Portland underwent repairs for nine months at dry dock after a steering casualty in June 2008.
