(MANAHAWKIN, NJ – MARCH 2, 2008) – JonRie InterTech LLC introduced its new PLC-based Line Tension System. The system is a touch screen panel that works with the brake on or off, is layer dependent and can be dimmed for night use in the pilot house. Also offered as an option is a Real Time Tension PDA chart recorder that can be downloaded at the end of the day to an Excel spread sheet to determine rope spikes and rope usage. The system will be featured on the new tug Rosemary McAllister.
