Houston, Sabine Pass operations back to normal after storm

(HOUSTON) — Vessel traffic at Texas oil ports has returned to normal in the aftermath of Tropical Storm Edouard, Reuters reported. The Houston and Sabine Pass ship passages were closed Monday when the bad weather set in. Vessel restrictions remained in place for a few days while the Army Corps of Engineers inspected the waters for debris, but operations were back to normal Thursday.
