(ANCHORAGE, Alaska) — The effort to get a grounded Shell drill ship back under control has been stymied by heavy weather, Bloomberg News reported. The Kulluk, which got loose from the new oil service tug Aiviq, since New Year's Eve has been aground along Sitkalidak Island, near Kodiak. The Coast Guard said responders have not been able to get aboard the evacuated vessel because of high winds and rough seas.
