(BEAUMONT, Texas) — A fishing boat crewman injured in a collision has sued the owners of both vessels, claiming no one was at the helm of the fishing boat and the tugboat committed several right-of-way and safety errors, the Southeast Texas Record legal newspaper reported. The plaintiff says he fell out of his bunk aboard the Jennifer and David when the collision occurred. The tugboat in the collision is owned by Gulf Oceanic Marine Contractors.
