(SAN FRANCISCO) — Global Diving and Salvage has been hired to raise the sunken tugboat Wenonah, the Examiner newspaper of San Francisco reported. The Coast Guard and California environmental officials say salvaging the historic tugboat is the best way to prevent further oil pollution to San Francisco Bay.
