(NORFOLK, Va.) — A federal grand jury has indicted 14 pirates for a fatal attack on a yacht containing Americans, AFP reported. The pirates are accused of hijacking the adventure craft Quest and killing all four occupants. Thirteen of the pirates are from Somalia and one is from Yemen.
