(MERRITT ISLAND, Fla.) — Residents say a seemingly abandoned 180-foot ship is a hazard and should be removed from Indian River, Florida Today reported. The Princess Grace is a former Coast Guard vessel that is now privately owned. It was allowed to anchor in the area to seek shelter from a 2008 Tropical Storm, but it hasn’t moved since.
