(WASHINGTON) — Congressional negotiators have reached a deal to exempt 13 large Great Lakes boats from new emissions regulations, the Associated Press reported. The Lake Carriers Association applauded the move. The lakers can continue to use bunker fuel instead of low-sulfur fuel.
